Dr. Anon Najsatapanig
Chairman of the Board and CEO
Dr. Allen is an education entrepreneur and compliance expert of Australian Education System. He is currently the CEO of Sydney International Business College, a registered training organization for the VET program based in Australia.
He holds a doctorate degree in Information Technology, and a master’s degree in Electronic Commerce. He also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education in Early Childhood Teaching, and a diploma in Vocational Education Training.
Dr. Allen has experiences in auditing private Australian colleges such as Australian International College, Sydney College, United College of Australia, and others which are under the contract of audit and accreditation by ASQA. He is also a team member of auditing several international schools under NSW State government of Australia.

Dr. Phakdee Mangmiwatthana
Vice Chairman of the Board
Dr. Phakdee Mangmiwatthana has over 40 years of leadership in international education.
He holds a Doctorate in Development Administration (NIDA, Thailand), a Master’s in Educational Administration (AIIAS, Philippines), and a Bachelor’s in Theology (South-East Asia Union College, Singapore).
Since 2016, he has been a WASC Accreditation Visiting Committee Member (USA) and, since 2017, an External Quality Assessor for ONESQA (Thailand).
His career emphasises educational quality assurance and cross-cultural academic excellence.

Dr. Attapon Truektrong
Board Member and Advisor
Dr. Attapon Truektrong is a distinguished Thai education administrator who served as Secretary-General of the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) and previously held key positions, including Inspector-General of the Ministry of Education, Director of the Bureau of Educational Testing, and Director of the Bureau of Policy and Planning. His career culminated in 2021 after decades of extensive leadership and administrative achievements. His academic background encompasses teacher training, educational management, and sociology, complemented by comprehensive professional development in government leadership and oversight.

Dr. Adelino T. Libato
Acting Executive Director and Board Member
Dr. Adelino T. Libato, Ph.D. – International education leader with 40+ years in administration, consultancy, and academic leadership across Asia. Holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration/Management (Central Mindanao University), two M.A. degrees (AUP, AIIAS), and an AB in Theology. Former CEO and Academic Consultant for international schools, specializing in organizational behavior, HR, and accreditation (WASC, PAASCU, CIS). Author, conference speaker, and contributor to the Ellen G. White Encyclopedia, with teaching and consultancy experience in Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Associate Professor Dr. Ergun Gide
Board Member
Dr. Ergun Gide has been employed at CQ University since 2000. He has carried out various academic and managerial positions since then. He is currently the Campus Leader for a school in Sydney. He served as Deputy Dean and a research position for the School of Engineering and Technology. In addition, he had also served as a Discipline Leader in Information Systems and Analysis.
Dr. Ergun is currently a board member for his university’s accreditation under the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Under this role, he has been involved with leading the compliance procedures for the accreditation program of CQ University which gains accreditation for all courses and teaching programs for seven years cycle.

Dr. Wilaiwan Wannachotphawet
Board Member and Secretary
Dr. Wilaiwan Wannachotphawet holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Chiang Mai University (GPA 4.00) and a Postgraduate Certificate (Level 7) from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She was invited as an external evaluator to evaluate the Dean’s performance at the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University (2025). Since 2021, she has been a member of the Private Education Promotion Committee and completed two terms as Chairperson of the Committee for Coordination and Promotion of Non-Formal Private Education in Chiang Mai Province. Since 2009, she has been the Quality Management Representative at DSS International Language Services Co., Ltd., leading the first Asian language institute to receive ISO 9001 certification.

Dr. Pintipa Seubsang
Board Member and CEO Assistant
Dr. Seubsang holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Melbourne and Ph.D in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
She is currently the Head of the English Department in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. In addition, she has involved in the precess of qualification framework for higher education, evaluation of curriculum implementation, and curriculum development since 2014.

Greg Radford M.Ed
Board Member
Mr. Radford has vast experience in managing the registration training organization (Vocational Education Training College), based in Sydney and overseas. He has a good understanding and practical application of the various Government Acts and Regulations with regards to RTO’s standards/guidelines, AQSA, CRICOS, AQF.
Mr. Radford has been actively working in the International VET Education sector for over 35 years and his last 12 years were based in Vietnam. He holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from UTS, a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching from Sydney College of Advanced Education, and various TAFE Certificates including TAE10 qualification. He involves in the board member for ACPET, the external accreditation body for the Australian private college. His role as the state board member involves supervising the strategic plan for the annual college accreditation, developing the working policies and procedure for the accreditation program, and reviewing reaccreditation cycle of the VET college in NSW, Australia.

Rungrot Trongsakul
Board Member
Mr. Rungrot Trongsakul – Former civil servant under Thailand’s Ministry of Education with extensive experience in operational, policy, and compliance roles, including teacher, supervisor, lecturer, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Chairman of the Faculty and Civil Servants Council. Holds a B.Ed. in Social Studies, M.Ed. in Adult and Continuing Education (award-winning thesis on educational management for hill areas in Northern Thailand), and doctoral studies in Development Education and Management. Trained in high-level school administration, strategic planning, and good governance in higher education. Recognised for expertise in educational law, sociology, qualitative research, and quality development, and appointed to committees with the OPEC, OBEC, the House of Representatives Education Committee, and multiple educational associations. Has collaborated on research and academic exchanges in the USA, UK, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Egypt, Jordan, Cambodia, and Laos, applying global insights to advance international education quality in Thailand.

Naveed Ali Khan
Board Member
Naveed Ali Khan – Entrepreneur, technologist, and educator with over 20 years of international experience in education, technology, and business. Former Head of School at Brighton Pacific, with expertise in curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and educational technology integration. Holds qualifications including B.E., MTech, MBA, Diploma in Education, and Diploma in Auditing. Experienced in leading nationally accredited qualifications, secure IT deployments, and strategic governance across RTOs, TAFEs, and global consultancies. Mentor and consultant in cybersecurity, quality auditing, and technology-driven education.
