Accreditation Reports

  • Report on granting accreditation; An applicant who has been assessed by the EIAC and effectively conforms to the accreditation requirements shall be appropriately formally granted of accreditation status;
  • Condition accreditation; In this case, the applicant will be given the accreditation but with conditions to fulfill. The conditions will be clear, and time bounded, and the applicant shall file reports and evidence demonstrating compliance. Failure to comply with the conditions will result in withdrawal of the accreditation. It is important to note that the conditions shall be clearly set out in addition to the associated deadlines that must be complied to;
  • Rejected accreditation; In the event an applicant does not meet the core requirements, the request for accreditation will be denied. The applicant may however re-apply after a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of the rejection and after demonstrating fulfillment of the core requirements.
