EIAC 8-STEP CYCLIC MODEL
(Two Targets: Holistic Learning & Organizational Health)

Step 1: School Board Go-Signal (The school leadership secures the full support of the school board to affiliate with EIAC and seek for its accreditation.
Step 2: Self-Evaluation (The school leadership applies the management POLC functions to create and empower Domain Criteria Focus Teams with Section, Subject, and Support Teams.
Step 3: Submission (The Lead OQI Team chair submits the SER via the EIAC website.)
Step 4: FVT On-site (The EIAC Field Visiting Team will conduct the on-site friendly confirmation evaluation.)
Step 5: Implementation-1 (The school leadership will implement the FVT recommendations with the empowered teams.)
Step 6: Mid-Cycle Follow-up (The EIAC Field Visiting Team will conduct the Mid-Cycle on-site friendly confirmation evaluation.)
Step 7: Implementation-2 (The school leadership will implement the FVT unaddressed and new recommendations with the empowered teams.)
Step 8: FVT Full Cyclic Evaluation (The EIAC Field Visiting Team will conduct the on-site full-cyclic friendly confirmation evaluation.)
